We initiated the school on 1 February 2021, starting with 10 learners in a single room. By the end of the month, the number increased, prompting us to seek a rented RDP house. Within three months, the house became too small, leading us to relocate to a larger one. In this new space, we decided to expand our services to include Early Childhood Development (ECD) and acquired a separate house for primary scholars. The majority of our learners are Zimbabwean, with a minority comprising Malawian and South African students. We welcome individuals from all tribes and races in our school.
Our primary challenge is that some parents are struggling to pay fees for their children. This financial support is crucial for covering rental expenses, purchasing stationery, and compensating our staff.
To provide opportunity to those who have no choice.
Children are always the most vulnerable in our societies. Children do not choose where they grow up and what their circumstances are, therefore we strive to offer them the best opportunities to learn and grow that we possibly can.
Education is our priority.
Every child has the right to decent education and the foundation phases of
education is the most important. We therefore strive to offer each child the best possible education that we can with the resources at our disposal.
